Often times when we think of “doing our best” we think of living up to other people’s expectations of us or doing what we have been conditioned to believe is ‘best’. When we fall short of this idealized “best” we often feel we’ve failed and we end up discouraged and disappointed. Truly doing our best means knowing it’s ok to fail – that the striving is the journey and the journey is everything. This weekend, on your mat and off, we challenge you to do YOUR best.
