Weekend Challenge: Take A Break

Yes, we’re saying it – sometimes a day or two away from yoga is helpful, especially if you feel like you’ve lost the spark on your mat or if you feel like you’re forcing yourself to practice. So this weekend we challenge you to take a break (if you need it ) – don’t force yourself to practice if you don’t want to. Absence makes the heart grow fonder, so come back to your mat full of energy, appreciation and love.
